Our chefs partner with local farmers and ranchers to create a menu grown by the community.       • Minimum of 1 year kitchen management experience
      • Strong leadership skills and able to communicate effectively in a high volume, fast-paced

      • Experience with inventory management software a plus
      • Familiarity of working with whole animals and off cuts a plus Assistant Kitchen Manager Job Description:The assistant kitchen manager is responsible for supporting the Kitchen Manager (KM) and training other BOH team members, maintaining Health Compliance and inventory, working with food and advising the KM on orders. Key Responsibilities:
        • Hands-on managing a staff of 20 people
        • Engaging in the training of new staff
        • Building relationships with local farmers and creating specials showcasing local ingredient
        • Managing food costs with proper purchasing, recipe/portion-size maintenance, and waste management
        • Writing and enforcing schedules for proper labor cost control
        • Adhering to health code protocols and maintaining a well-organized, clean kitchen space
        • Taking inventory and managing proper par levels
        • Expediting lunch/dinner services while monitoring food quality and team efficiency COVID-19 considerations:
          Safety is our number one priority during this time. We are following a number of different protocols to ensure safety, and this can be discussed during the initial interview.Shift Availability:
