We are looking for someone to manage and optimize our Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to ensure our HR operations continue to support organizational strategic goals.Responsibilities
• Develop and implement HR Technology strategies that align with the organization's objectives.
• Oversee the implementation of new HRIS technologies and upgrades, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Collaborate with HR and IT departments to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with HR team members to identify system needs and enhancements.
• Analyze HR data and metrics and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries and issues, providing timely resolutions.
• Conduct training sessions for HR staff and end-users to maximize system utilization and efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HRIS and technology to recommend improvements.
• Manage and maintain the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Develop business cases for implementations/enhancements.RequirementsEducation
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Master's degree in HRIS preferred.
• HRIP preferred.Experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS or HR management.
• Experience with HRIS software and tools, Paylocity Experience preferred.
