Your ImpactThe Assistant Marketing Manager - CRM Scaling &
Automation will work closely with Customer Marketing and Technology
partners to drive business and marketing priorities through owned
and paid marketing channels. This position will report to the
Channel Marketing Manager and will serve as the CDP platform,
customer data, and marketing automation solution expert.What You
Will DoWork cross-functionally with marketing technology, customer
marketing, and campaign teams to accelerate the implementation of
new automated and personalized customer journeys within SFMC
(Salesforce Marketing Cloud), Meta, Google, and similar marketing
platforms.Work with Channel Marketing Manager to define and
implement new data-driven automation strategies to increase
customer engagement, retention, and revenue.Support Channel
Marketing Manager by analyzing program performance and audience
behavior to inform future marketing strategies.Become an expert on
Lowe's SFMC platform architecture & data capabilities.Possesses a
deep understanding of the appropriate uses of channel marketing
tactics to achieve strategic goals across multiple customer
segments, including types of messaging, promotional currencies,
cadence, and experience journeys.Partner with Channel Marketing
manager in developing strategies and marketing technology solutions
to orchestrate campaigns and journeys to ensure the customer is
receiving the right message at the right time.Be a customer
champion and effectively communicate customer segment and channel
opportunities outside of own functional area to gain
alignment.Minimum Qualifications3+ years in Digital Marketing,
Product Management, or Marketing Technology roles, with a proven
track record of achieving revenue and traffic goals through
data-driven strategies.Bachelor's degree in business
administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related
field.Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud,
Customer Data Platforms, Adobe Analytics or similar, and Jira.
Salesforce certification is a plus.Strong knowledge of SQL,
AMPscript, HTML, and CSSComfortable analyzing data and reporting
with ability to translate into actionable insights.Excellent
written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to
effectively convey technical marketing messages to senior marketing
