  • Establish timely treatment plans for each patients specific needs
  • Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members
  • Build and maintain relationships throughout the communityand clinics
  • Spine and pain management assessments and documentation
  • Coordinated stakeholder communication, e.g., MD, PT, PSC, etc. Qualifications
    • Bachelor's in athletic training, masters preferred
    • Minimum one-year experience in the field
    • State Licensureand certified by the American Board of Certification as an Athletic Trainer
