Cornerstone Physical Therapy is seeking to fill a position for both an orthopedic trained Physical Therapist and a Pelvic Health trained Physical Therapist. The clinic is a Physical Therapist owned, manually based clinic and is well known in the community for it's high standard of care. New graduates and those who are about to gradute in 2025 are encouraged to apply. We have flexible start dates and can hire for a July start. Cornerstone Physical Therapy has 10 PT's and 2 OT's with varied amounts of experience. This aides in the promotion of a more cohesive environment and to improve the skills of all the therapists in the company. Our continuing education benefit begins at the first day of employment, with 3 paid continuing education days to attend coursework. Our management team works with each therapist to help guide and improve their skillset. We have multiple subspecialties including pelvic health, vestibular, lymphedema, post-oncological care, headaches and TMD. Therapists are given the opportunity to subspecialize and work with other therapists of the same subspecialty to improve on and refine their skills. The clinic provides a competitive salary and a bonus structure that is based upon profit of the company. Sign on bonus is available with a guaranteed time commitment. Benefits include medical insurance (after 60 days), 401K match of 4% (after 6 months), PTO (beginning at 3 months of service), sick days and continuing education time off. Each full time therapist is allocated up to $2500 per year to attend courses to grow and learn in the field (based upon benefits package selected). We offer flexible schedules and have easily attainable productivity standards (about 42-45 visits per week for ortho therapists and 34-36 visits per week for pelvic health). Patients are scheduled every 45 minutes for ortho and 1 hour for pelvic. This position can be for a general orthopedic physical therapist, a person that would like to split and work with in our pelvic health department, or work as a pelvic health therapist full time.
