Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service Administrator on a
14-month contract.
Key Responsibilities
Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately
and timely
Monitor order status and communicate any delays or issues to
customers
Maintain and update customer records, including order history and
refunds
Qualifications
4-year degree in Administration, Marketing, Technology, or
equivalent experience
1-2 years of experience in customer service or related fields
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g.,
Salesforce, Zendesk)
Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and eCommerce
platforms (BigCommerce preferred)
Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision under dynamic
workloads
