Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contact Center Tester with insurance
experience.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive testing of contact center applications,
including IVR systems and CRM software
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based
on requirements
Perform regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
to ensure system functionality
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a
related field
3+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years
in a contact center environment
Strong knowledge of insurance products, processes, and
regulations
Proficiency in testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA) and
methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
Experience with automated testing frameworks and scripting is
preferred
