Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contact Center Representative for
their Scheduling Team.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule health assessment
visits
Address customer needs, complaints, and provide solutions while
ensuring customer satisfaction
Utilize software and tools to meet call center metrics and provide
excellent service
Required Qualifications
2+ years of call center experience in a target-driven
environment
Experience in outbound sales is a plus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple
tasks
Proficiency in various software, including MS Office
Typing speed of 40 WPM; 60 WPM preferred
