Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Accounts Representative to
support the reduction of Accounts Receivables in the Patient
Financial Services department.
Key Responsibilities
Maximize collection of balances due and facilitate account
resolution
Identify and correct billing errors, denials, and reimbursement
issues
Collaborate with teams and revenue cycle departments to improve
collections
Required Qualifications
High School diploma
1-2 years of experience in healthcare insurance billing or account
follow-up
Prior experience with Medicaid and Charity Care
Strong knowledge of Patient Accounting systems
Able to work in a team environment with quick turnaround
requirements
