Collaborate with surgeons and healthcare team members in the
operating room - Assist in preparing the operating room for
surgical procedures - Maintain sterile techniques and ensure
sterilization of equipment - Perform tasks associated with surgical
assistance accurately - Follow hospital protocols and guidelines
for documentation, using the Cerner system - Adapt to a variable
schedule with availability to take on-call shifts - Be flexible to
float to other departments as needed - Demonstrate excellent
communication and interpersonal skills within the surgical
environment - Maintain a professional appearance and follow the
dress code of wearing scrubs provided by the facility
