Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Duties include, but are not limited to: personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting; assist with mobility and transfers; ensure a safe and clean environment for individuals following all infection control protocols; maintain accurate documentation of care provided and any changes in the individual's condition; and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, family members, and other members of the care team

Required Experience: *Military service accepted as experience and may be considered in lieu of secondary education

Prior professional experience in patient care or caregiving is preferred

Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality of patient information

Familiarity of working with individuals with disabilities

Ability to follow care plans and work independently while adhering to established protocols
