Clinical Team Lead to oversee our Enhanced Services team. In this
role, you will coordinate clinical services, provide direct
therapy, and lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality
care for individuals and families. If you are a motivated clinician

support, we want to hear from you!Minimum Requirements
Education: Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology,
or a closely related field.
Licensure: Active or provisional licensure as LPC, LCMHC, LCSW,
LMFT, or equivalent (required).
Experience:Previous experience providing individual and family
therapy.
Experience in community-based mental health services preferred.
Supervisory or leadership experience in a clinical setting is a
plus.

Position Description:
Conduct and oversee client assessments to determine clinical needs,
service scope, and anticipated outcomes.
Assign team members based on their clinical expertise to ensure the
highest quality care for each client.
Provide individual and family therapy to clients assigned to the
Enhanced Services team.
Ensure service delivery aligns with medical necessity criteria and
client Person-Centered Plans (PCPs).
Monitor and evaluate interventions, services, and client progress
to support positive treatment outcomes.
Provide clinical supervision and guidance to all team members,
ensuring adherence to best practices and individual supervision
plans.
Ensure compliance with service documentation standards, including
reviewing and approving service notes and PCPs.
Lead regular team meetings to discuss client progress,
interventions, and team challenges.
Facilitate crisis response and linkage to additional services as
needed to ensure comprehensive client care.
Travel within the service area and maintain a flexible schedule to
meet the needs of clients and the team.

We offer excellent compensation packages including a salary
commensurate with experience and benefits to meet your needs for
today and the future.Compensation: $57,807 - $65,456. Final
compensation will also depend on factors such as education,
