--- Are you a money motivated, exceptional in sales, and driven to--make a guaranteed, six-figure income in your first, full year as a licensed agent?--No industry experience in real estate is preferred.

Responsibilities:
--- Follow up on all appointments in a timely manner.
--- Uncover the priorities of the buyers and then locate homes that match their needs and wants and show them the homes.
--- Be a trusted advisor and use a consultative, servant-leader approach.

Qualifications:
--- Strong work ethic, driven to succeed.
--- TN real estate license or willing to get one.
--- Works well in a self-directed manner & a great team player.
